ChathamDirect - June 2019

May 29, 2019 Chatham Financial

To achieve a true integration of people and technology, Chatham continually focuses on uniting the guidance and expertise of our advisory teams with the data and efficiency of our advanced platform. This quarter, we continue to improve the user experience and maximize insight for our client organizations.

Enhanced management reporting for business intelligence

Global treasurers frequently tell us that a risk system is only as good as its reporting capabilities. Treasury teams need quick access to real-time data about their risk management program so they can make the best decisions and adeptly explain the program to key stakeholders.

Distilling 18 months of insight from global treasurers and risk professionals from Fortune 500 enterprises, Chatham’s best-practice overview dashboard captures the information most requested across interest rate, FX and commodity asset classes. This enhanced reporting system puts crucial data at your fingertips, including an overview of your hedging program across asset classes and the ability to drill into details at any level you require. You can compare your exposures and hedge positions and see how they evolve over time. You can also design and publish custom reports and easily share them across your organization.

The bottom line: You’ll enjoy a powerful tool built with input from global treasurers—customized to deliver just the information you need.

Journal-entry mapping

This quarter, Chatham will introduce journal-entry mapping, which aggregates journal entries calculated in ChathamDirect and produces the information needed to populate client-defined general ledger fields. This downstream integration with general ledger systems further streamlines your period-end accounting process. It is part of our ongoing effort to tighten integration across the treasury technology stack.chathamdirect integrates with oracle sap

This automated process flows straight through from cash-flow exposure management to accounting, dynamically linking your exposures and hedges.

The bottom line: Now you can automatically run your month-end processes on a custom calendar and project them out as long as you want.
