Tim Mitchell is a member of Chatham’s Global Real Estate team, leading client relationships and comprehensive engagements with both public and private real estate companies. He started in Chatham’s Hedge Advisory group advising private real estate companies in the Western US on funding strategies with particular emphasis on interest rate risk management and appropriate flexibility for disposition and recapitalization scenarios. Before joining Chatham, Tim spent 13 years at Somera Capital Management specializing in real estate acquisitions and finance. He holds a BA in economics from UCLA and an MBA from the Graziadio School at Pepperdine University.
